Legend Golden Retrievers
Legend's Voice of the Heart CGC - AKA "Dharma"
Dharma was by far the female dog that stole my heart. To me she was perfect in so many ways. Shown up in Canada she won two out of three days. Always in the ribbons in the states, we unfortunately made the decision not to continue to show her after an injury to her teeth.

As such her show career ended and her modeling and therapy career started. Dharma was a favorite with photographers and can be found on the front on many websites and catalogs.

Dharma whelped two litters. She was a incredible dam. Dharma could be trusted to train any puppy or outside dog. Her temperament was 100% steady and trustworthy she only wanted everyone to obey the house rules.

Dharma’s most important role came in the last few years of her life. Dharma became my youngest daughter’s self appointed service dog. Dharma stayed by her side night and day. If my daughter escaped outside Dharma went with her to watch over her. Should my daughter need changing Dharma would alert me. Even when sick herself Dharma refused to leave my daughters side. The two were a inseparable couple. It was through them that I came to understand the importance of Autism Service Dogs. Her loss was felt greatly not only by me but by my daughter whom Dharma picked to raise like one of her own.
